Rick made me promise not to tell anybody about the secret meeting I had today with the oil companies. I'll keep that promise for sure because they're a scary bunch.
I thought they wanted to drill for oil so they could lower the price of gas for the poor folks who make less than $5 million a year. Turns out they don't give a hoot about America. They want to drill for oil so they can sell the gas to China and India and make even more money! Those oil guys are so smart. I'm glad I've got so many of them running my campaign.
What's really good to find out is that America has plenty of oil already. I was worried we were running out with all these high prices. They just like the profits.
Speaking of oil, Tim Pawlenty won't stop calling my cell phone. I don't mind people sucking up to me but that guy is super creepy. I really wish I could pick Lieberman for my VP but Ralph Reed said that I can't pick a Jewish guy.
